Can you Preload my videos and pictures?

We offer free video preloading! Simply paste your Google Drive or Dropbox link at checkout, or message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number, and video/photos. We’ll send a preview for your approval and make any requested adjustments. That’s it!

Can i upload multiple videos and pictures?

Yes. Multiple videos will work. They will simply play one after the after. You can even skip between them by pressing prev/next buttons. 

How much storage does it come with?

The album has 4.5 GB of internal storage, enough to hold up to 3 hours of footage. If your video exceeds 4GB, we can help convert the file to ensure it fits the album.

How do I upload my videos myself?

Step 1: Connect your Video Book to a computer using the provided USB cable.

Step 2: Once connected, a new drive will appear on your computer. Open the drive by double-clicking it

Step 3: Add or remove videos as needed:

• To add new videos, simply drag and drop them onto the drive.

• To remove old videos, delete them like you would with any USB drive.

Step 4: Safely eject the device and disconnect the USB cable. Your Video Book is now ready to play your cherished moments!

How long does the battery last?

The album contains a rechargeable 2500maH lithuim battery which can last up to 6 hours of playtime and upto 12 months on standby.
